A heavy rain warning is in effect in Mauritius. Issued at 10:30 PM on Friday, December 12, it remains valid until 10:00 AM on Saturday, December 13. The atmospheric conditions are still humid and unstable in our region, promoting the formation of active clouds. During the night, additional cloud masses from the southeast will influence local weather. Locally heavy showers, accompanied by thunderstorms, are currently observed in the southern half of the island.
