Points System for Driving License: Points Assigned Based on Violations

The points system for driving licenses will come into effect once the computer systems of the judiciary and police are capable of recording points assigned through the digital platform Mokloud. Some provisions of the amendments to the Road Traffic Act have been in effect since January 1, 2026. A comprehensive statement will follow.
