Murder of Sivanee Saminaden in Petit-Raffray: Beltrami Bolzano Kemayou Charged with a Series of Assaults

Beltrami Bolzano Kemayou, a 24-year-old from Cameroon, is suspected of fatally attacking his partner, Sivanee Saminaden, 29, on the night of January 3-4 in Petit-Raffray. He is also accused of assaulting a French driver and threatening a teenager with a knife. According to initial investigation findings, the suspect reportedly admitted to the charges during a preliminary hearing. After the fatal assault, he allegedly fled, endangering their infant in the process.
