Death of Dhoorpathee Brizmohun, Mother of Veena Ramgoolam

Dhoorpathee Brizmohun, born Thacoor and mother of Veena Ramgoolam, wife of former Prime Minister Navin Ramgoolam, passed away this Saturday at the age of 87. The wake will be held at Elie & Sons in Beau-Bassin on Saturday from 6 PM to 11 PM and on Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM. The procession will then head to the Bigara Cemetery in Curepipe.
