Death of inmate Andy Selmour: Paul Lam Shang Leen sworn in as Chairperson of the Board of Inquiry

Former Supreme Court judge, Paul Lam Shang Leen, took an oath on Monday, January 26, in front of the President of the Republic at the State House, as the Chairperson of the Board of Inquiry established to investigate the suspicious death of inmate Andy Selmour. He will look into the circumstances surrounding Selmour's death at Melrose prison on December 9, 2025.
