Rodrigues: Chief Commissioner Franceau Grandcourt Summoned 'Under Warning' by the FCC in Port-Mathurin This Thursday

The Chief Commissioner of Rodrigues, Franceau Grandcourt, has been summoned 'under warning' by the Financial Crimes Commission (FCC) in Port-Mathurin this Thursday.

According to our sources, investigators wish to confront the current Chief Commissioner with new evidence regarding the investigation into the construction of the Track Roads on the island.

This case revolves around the construction of two roads at a total cost of 9 million rupees.

The work reportedly halted in front of the homes of Franceau Grandcourt's relatives, as well as in front of the home of the Health Commissioner, Nicolas Volbert, who was already summoned last December in connection with this same investigation.
