The challenge against the detention of Mamy Ravatomanga entered a new phase on Monday, February 2. The Bail Review initiated by the Malagasy businessman was called pro forma before Chief Justice Rehana Mungly-Gulbul at the Supreme Court, marking the start of a clearly defined judicial battle.
