Travel Ban Upheld: Sanjiv Ramdanee Will Not Travel Abroad

The court has ruled in favor of the Financial Crimes Commission (FCC). Yesterday, the Port-Louis District Court denied Sanjiv Ramdanee's request for a temporary lift of his travel ban to go abroad. This decision comes after the FCC firmly opposed the request in relation to an ongoing investigation into alleged conspiracy.

Sanjiv Ramdanee is currently facing provisional charges under Section 48 of the FCC Act 2023.
