National Day: Emergency Landing of Indian Helicopter After Parade at Champ de Mars

An Indian Army helicopter, deployed for the celebrations of Mauritius' 58th Independence anniversary, was forced to make an emergency landing this Thursday after participating in aerial displays over Champ de Mars.

According to initial reports, the aircraft had just left the festivities area when a technical issue was detected on board. As a safety precaution, the pilot was then instructed to land immediately.
