Rose-Hill Court: Muzzaffar Lallmamode Released on Rs 15,000 Bail

Muzzaffar Ali Lallmamode appeared before the Rose-Hill court this Monday morning. He faced a provisional charge of 'Breach of ICTA' and was required to sign a debt acknowledgment of Rs 15,000.

Magistrate Arun Ruhomally ordered him not to contact the complainant, Suhayl Mamode, directly or indirectly, and to keep a distance of at least 100 meters from him.

The magistrate also granted a request from Me Shailesh Seebaruth, representing Muz Lallmamode, to order the complainant not to approach the accused within the same distance.

Muz Lallmamode's lawyers, Me Shailesh Seebaruth and Junayd Chummun, also filed a motion to have the provisional charge against their client dismissed, calling his arrest 'unlawful.'

It is worth noting that Muzzaffar Lallmamode's appearance took place without any incidents.
