Drama at Cité Ste-Claire: Man Killed After Altercation, Suspect Sought

A dispute between two men escalated on Monday afternoon at Cité Ste-Claire in Goodlands. According to initial reports, Guillano Bundhoo, a resident of Cité Ste-Claire, allegedly retaliated after being attacked earlier by Olivier Pierre Louis, 35, with a sword. Armed with a sword, he allegedly struck him. Severely injured, Olivier Pierre Louis was taken to Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam National Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after. The suspect is currently being actively sought by the police.
