Fatal Attack in Goodlands: Tragic End for Olivier Pierre Louis

A dispute between two men turned tragic on Monday afternoon in Cité Ste-Claire, Goodlands. Olivier Pierre Louis, 35, was fatally attacked with a sword.

According to the police, Guillano Bundhoo, a local resident, allegedly retaliated after being assaulted earlier by Olivier Pierre Louis with a sword.

Severely injured, Olivier Pierre Louis was taken to Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Hospital, where his death was confirmed shortly after arrival. The suspect is currently being actively sought by the police.

Olivier Pierre Louis made a living collecting scrap metal. He lived separately from his wife, with whom he has three children, and she is expecting their fourth child.

According to Su-Hélène, the victim's sister, her brother was not attacked by just one person, but by four individuals. The police are continuing their investigation.
