34 out of the 104 matches of the 2026 World Cup will be aired on MBC. This information was shared by Prime Minister Navin Ramgoolam in the National Assembly on Tuesday, in response to a question from MP Avinash Ramkalawon. Among the matches to be broadcast are the opening and closing ceremonies, as well as the final. However, all matches will be available on the MBC Play app via subscription, priced at Rs 300 per month.
