Bramer Bank Fraud: DPP Challenges Leniency of Sentences and Appeals to the Supreme Court

The office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has decided to appeal the sentences handed down in the case of money laundering involving approximately Rs 80 million to the detriment of the former Bramer Banking Corporation.

Senior Counsel Rashid Ahmine is openly contesting the assessment made by the Financial Crimes Division of the Intermediate Court on April 17th.
