Dip Case - Rs 80 Million Fraud at Bramer: DPP to Appeal Sentences

The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Mr. Rashid Ahmine, Senior Counsel, plans to appeal to the Supreme Court regarding the sentences handed down to the four defendants, including the son of the former police commissioner, Anil Kumar Dip, who are involved in the Rs 80 million fraud against the now-defunct Bramer Banking.
