Chief Hospitality Officer: A Role that Matches the Group’s Ambitions
The Chief Hospitality Officer role serves as a bridge between the group’s strategic vision and the on-the-ground reality where customer experience unfolds daily. Vincent Desvaux de Marigny, CEO of Attitude Hotels, expresses his satisfaction: "Théodose brings an international background closely aligned with operations, an intimate knowledge of the Mauritian hotel ecosystem, and a rare humility for someone with such experience. This appointment reflects the ambitions we have for the Attitude group: to continue growing, pushing our limits, and raising our hospitality standards. We look forward to bringing our teams together around him and seeing where this energy takes us. On behalf of the entire Attitude team, welcome Théo!"
Théodose Fleurié will support General Managers in their operational challenges, with a clear objective: to enhance the quality and consistency of the experience at each Attitude hotel. He will also help evolve the group’s model, working closely with teams—because at Attitude, strategy is always built from the ground up. He will play a key role in identifying and developing talent within the group—an essential aspect for sustained performance.
This appointment is part of a momentum that the group has cultivated for years: having been voted "Best Workplace in Mauritius" for four consecutive years since 2022, Attitude knows that great experiences start with the right people.
