Théodose Fleurié Appointed Chief Hospitality Officer of Attitude Group

The Attitude Group has announced the appointment of Théodose Fleurié as Chief Hospitality Officer. He joins the management team of the Mauritian hotel group, which operates ten establishments in Mauritius and Tanzania, including Zilwa Attitude, The Ravenala Attitude, Lagoon Attitude, and Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel. The group employs around 1,700 staff.

With over twenty years of experience in luxury hospitality, Théodose Fleurié has worked with several international groups, including Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. He has worked in various countries, including France, Switzerland, Seychelles, and Mauritius, where he most recently served as General Manager of the Trou-aux-Biches Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa.

In his new role, he will be responsible for supporting the hotel management teams in operational management and contributing to the enhancement of customer experience consistency across the group. He will also address issues related to skill development and team organization.
