Jockey Rye Joorawon in Court This Friday

Jockey Rye Joorawon is set to appear in court this Friday. Initially charged with reckless assault causing bodily harm, his charge will be upgraded to involuntary manslaughter following the victim's death.

It is worth noting that on Saturday, April 18th, in Solitude, the 4x4 vehicle driven by the jockey ran a red light and collided with Muzaffar Pacquet, a 27-year-old man who was on his way to work on a motorcycle. After spending several days in intensive care at SSRN hospital, the young man succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday, April 22nd.
