Fraud Related to Fortune-Telling Practices: Four Chinese Nationals Arrested

Four Chinese nationals, one man and three women, were arrested yesterday, Monday, April 27, as part of a fraud investigation linked to fortune-telling practices. The inquiry follows a complaint from a woman who was approached in Port-Louis on April 21, from whom a suspect allegedly extracted jewelry and currency under the pretense of prayers.
