104th Anniversary of Arsenal Government School: Navin Ramgoolam: "I am determined to bring order where there is disorder"

The Arsenal Government School celebrated its 104th anniversary this Wednesday with a ceremony attended by Prime Minister Navin Ramgoolam, Minister of Education Mahend Gungapersad, Minister of Local Government Ranjiv Woochit, Deputy Kaviraj Rookny, and the President of the Pamplemousses District Council, Vedanand Totoo, along with other guests.

In his speech, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of addressing issues where disorder exists and expressed his commitment to restoring order.
