Education: Cambridge Invalidates a Math Exam and Plans a Replacement

The Mauritius Examinations Syndicate (MES) has announced that the Mathematics Paper 12 (9709) for the Cambridge A Level exams, held on April 29, 2026, has been compromised due to leaks identified in several regions worldwide. In Mauritius and Rodrigues, 448 candidates are affected by this situation.

Cambridge has decided to nullify this exam and will replace it with a new assessment scheduled for June 9, without any additional fees for the candidates.
