One after another, at least three instances of a decisive shift towards greater transparency in government affairs have emerged. This clearly illustrates that this administration has recognized that the old practice of hiding the truth and sweeping inconvenient or embarrassing issues under the rug can only serve to obscure accountability and evade problems that need addressing.
