Clouds coming from the southeast are affecting local weather. The sky will be partly cloudy to overcast in the morning, with occasional showers expected in the east, south, and central plateau, according to the bulletin issued by the Vacoas meteorological station on Wednesday, November 12.
In the afternoon, additional clouds will develop in the west and over part of the central plateau, causing localized showers. Elsewhere, the sky will remain partly covered.
Maximum temperatures will range from 23 to 26 °C in the highlands and from 28 to 31 °C in coastal areas. Early in the evening, localized showers are still expected in the west, but the weather will improve afterwards, except for occasional showers in the highlands.
Minimum temperatures will be between 17 and 19 °C in the central plateau and between 21 and 23 °C on the coast. The wind will blow from the east at a speed of 10 to 20 km/h. The sea will remain rough beyond the reefs, with swells from the southwest reaching about 3 meters.
Sea outings and activities in the lagoons of the west and south are discouraged.
