Tourism: Increase in Arrivals Since April

More than 125,190 visitors are expected before the end of the year, surpassing the symbolic milestone of 1.4 million tourists. In comparison, in December 2024, the country welcomed over 150,000 visitors.

According to the latest report released by Statistics Mauritius yesterday, from January to November 2025, the island received 1,274,810 tourists, which is 46,841 more visitors (+3.8%) than during the same period in 2024. The total number of visitors for the month of November is expected to be significant as well.
