Clouds and Showers This Friday
A light, warm, and humid air current is circulating in our region. This morning, the weather is partly cloudy, becoming occasionally overcast in the North, East, and higher areas with occasional showers. Cloud developments are expected from midday on the southern half and the central plateau, bringing localized showers. These showers may be temporarily moderate with isolated thunderstorms, spreading to other areas in the afternoon. In case of thunderstorms, the public is advised to stay sheltered and avoid plains, hiking, sea outings, and not to seek shelter under trees. Pockets of fog are expected in certain regions.
Localized showers will continue into the early evening, especially on the central plateau. The sky will clear afterwards. However, more clouds coming from the east will cause showers late at night, particularly in the North, East, and on the central plateau. The wind will blow from the north at about 15 km/h, becoming variable at times. The sea will be rough beyond the reefs with swells from the southwest of around 2 meters.
The maximum temperature will be slightly above average, ranging from 26 to 28 degrees Celsius on the central plateau and from 30 to 33 degrees Celsius in coastal areas. The minimum temperature will range from 20 to 22 degrees Celsius on the central plateau and from 24 to 26 degrees Celsius on the coast.
