Molasses: Regulated Selling Price

The government has approved the promulgation of the Mauritius Cane Industry Authority (Sale Price of Molasses) Regulations of 2026. These regulations will set the maximum selling price for molasses for the 2025, 2026, and 2027 harvests, with an annual adjustment to reflect the current Consumer Price Index.
