Investigation Report: The landing of the Malagasy private jet was planned. According to the investigation report submitted this morning to the National Assembly by the Prime Minister, four individuals were present to welcome the passengers upon their arrival, two of whom had participated in a Gala Dinner in Avalon, in the south of the island, the night before. These individuals had also requested access to the Jet Prime Lounge well before the aircraft's landing.

This investigation, led by Cabinet Secretary Suresh Seebaluck, was established to clarify the circumstances surrounding the arrival of this private jet. The aircraft was carrying, among others, the former Malagasy Prime Minister Christian Ntsay, who had been ousted a week earlier, as well as Maminiaina Ravatomanga, known as Mamy, an influential businessman and close advisor to the ousted President Andry Rajoelina.

Maminiaina Ravatomanga is currently under investigation by the Financial Crimes Commission (FCC) in Mauritius for alleged money laundering. His assets in Mauritius, estimated at 7.3 billion rupees, have been frozen.

The document notably mentions the names of Andry Patrick Rabetokotany, Louis Raymond Daryl Rivet, Lovanirina Ravatomanga, and Gilbert Noël, who resigned on October 24 from his position as a member of Jet Prime Ltd.
