FCC: Sanjiv Ramdanee Arrested

Sanjiv Ramdanee, the brother of Kobita Jugnauth, was arrested by the Financial Crimes Commission (FCC) this Tuesday afternoon.

The FCC accuses Sanjiv Ramdanee of conspiracy in relation to the toxic loans case involving Dhyanavartam Ltd. Bank loans classified as toxic, amounting to Rs 470 million, were granted to the company Maradiva Villas Resorts and Spa. He will be placed in police custody on Tuesday, December 2.
