Abandoned Newborn Found in Rose-Hill: Mother and Brother Arrested

Developments have emerged following the discovery of a female newborn abandoned in an insulated bag hanging in front of a church in Rose-Hill on Thursday, December 18. Thanks to Safe City footage and the efforts of the Divisional Crime Intelligence Unit investigators, authorities were able to identify the child's 29-year-old mother and her brother. Both were arrested on Sunday, December 21.
