Petit-Raffray: Woman Found Dead, Her Partner Arrested

Shivani Saminaden, a 29-year-old woman, was found dead on Sunday, January 4, at her home in Petit-Raffray. Her partner, a 24-year-old Cameroonian national, is the main suspect. He has been arrested but is currently hospitalized under supervision. An autopsy of the victim is scheduled to take place soon.
