Shivani Saminaden, 29, was found dead on Sunday, January 4, at her home on St. François Road, Réunion Maurel, Petit-Raffray. The young woman had been fatally attacked. Her partner, Kemayou Beltrami Bolzano, a 24-year-old from Botswana, has been arrested and is under police surveillance at SSRN Hospital. The tragedy was uncovered after the homeowner, alerted by the cries of an infant, discovered the couple's six-month-old baby in a trash barrel.
