[Update] Petit-Raffray: Shivani Saminaden Killed: Death by Strangulation Confirmed

Shivani Saminaden, 29 years old, was found dead at her home in Petit-Raffray on Sunday, January 4th. An autopsy conducted this afternoon confirmed that the victim died from strangulation. Her partner, Kemayou Beltrami Bolzano, a 24-year-old from Botswana, has been arrested and is expected to appear in court tomorrow morning.
