Commemoration of the Abolition of Slavery: MSM Honors at Pointe-Canon

During the commemoration of the abolition of slavery, the leader of the Militant Socialist Movement (MSM), Pravind Jugnauth, along with party leaders, participated in a solemn wreath-laying ceremony at the Slave Monument located in Pointe-Canon. The ceremony, held on Saturday, January 31, 2026, was attended by various political figures and members of the community who came to pay tribute to the memory of the slaves.
