Alert in Tamarin: The NCG Patrols the Lagoon, No Shark Sightings Detected

A concerning incident shook the lagoon of Tamarin yesterday when a ten-year-old boy was injured under unclear circumstances. The National Coast Guard (NCG) from Rivière-Noire intervened to secure the area, but no presence of sharks was detected.

The young boy, a resident of the area, was at sea with his father when the incident occurred. He was injured on his thigh and was taken to a medical center in La Preneuse for treatment.
