Attack in Grand-Gaube: Vijay Ramrad Succumbs to Injuries, Five Suspects Arrested

A 56-year-old resident of St-François, Grand-Gaube, succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday after being the victim of an assault. The individual is identified as Vijay Ramrad.

The incident occurred on March 26, when this local resident was violently attacked by a group of individuals.

An autopsy is currently underway to determine the exact causes of death.

On Thursday, the Divisional Crime Intelligence Unit (DCIU) of the Northern Division, in collaboration with the Goodlands CID, arrested three men and two women in connection with this case.

The police investigation is ongoing to shed light on the exact circumstances surrounding this fatal attack.
