Armed Robbery: Alleged Accomplice of Hans Kissoon Arrested

Mevin Joson, the alleged accomplice of Hans Kissoon, was arrested on Tuesday by the Criminal Investigation Division (CID) of Brisée-Verdière, led by Inspector Rujub and supervised by Police Superintendent Babajee. At 33 years old, he is suspected of collaborating with Hans Kissoon in several armed robberies committed in the East since the beginning of April. He has been placed in police custody.

Hans Kissoon, on the other hand, has been behind bars since Monday. He is suspected of having participated, among other crimes, in an armed robbery at the home of neurologist Dr. Ramesh Modun in Coromandel on Saturday. At 77 years old, Dr. Modun was alone at the time of the incident and required medical attention at a private clinic following the attack.
