Showers in the East and Central Plateau this Sunday

Clouds coming from the southeast are intermittently affecting the local weather. The weather is primarily clear early this morning. It will become partly cloudy with showers, especially in the East and Central Plateau. These showers could be moderate at times, with a risk of thunderstorms. In case of thunderstorms, the public is advised to stay sheltered, avoid open plains, refrain from going out to sea, and not to take shelter under trees.

The wind will blow from the southeast at approximately 20 km/h, with gusts reaching up to 50 km/h. The sea will be rough beyond the reefs with southwest swells of about 3 meters. Trips to the open sea, as well as in the lagoons of the West and South, are discouraged.

The maximum temperature will range between 25 and 27 degrees Celsius in the elevated areas and between 29 and 31 degrees Celsius in the coastal regions during the day. During the night, the minimum temperature will be between 20 and 22 degrees Celsius on the Central Plateau and between 24 and 26 degrees Celsius along the coast.
