Death of Former Minister Abu Kasenally: "He was a very good person," says Tassarajen Pillay Chedumbrum
Friends, family, and colleagues are paying their final respects to former minister Abu Kasenally, who passed away on Monday, April 27. "He was a serious, responsible, and highly respected individual. He was truly a remarkable person," said Tassarajen Pillay Chedumbrum.
According to the president of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ICTA), the loss of Dr. Abu Kasenally is a "loss for his family, friends, and the nation."
It is important to note that former minister Dr. Abu Kasenally died this morning after a long illness. He was 84 years old. His funeral will take place this afternoon at 3 PM. His body will be transported from his residence in Clairfonds, Vacoas, to the Riche-Terre cemetery.
