Major Operation by the FCC: More Classic Cars Seized

A major operation by the Financial Crimes Commission (FCC) continues at their headquarters in Réduit, where additional classic cars, including vintage Austin Mini and 1967 Volkswagen Madison models, were seized this morning during a large-scale operation conducted by the National Coordination Committee.

This joint operation involved the FCC, the police, the Mauritius Revenue Authority (MRA), the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), along with other agencies.

Searches took place in Camp-Levieux, Rose-Hill, Le Morne, and several other areas. Four suspects have been arrested.

This action is part of an investigation linked to suspicions of drug trafficking and money laundering.
