Luggage Case Affair: Pravind Jugnauth Seeks Clarification from the FCC

Pravind Jugnauth appeared once again on Tuesday, January 27, before the Pamplemousses District Court as part of the investigation by the Financial Crimes Commission (FCC) regarding the seizure of suitcases containing Rs 113.8 million in cash.

The hearing, which was primarily procedural, featured a motion presented by his lawyer, Mᵉ Raouf Gulbul. The defense requested that the FCC provide a clear list of individuals considered suspects or involved in the case.
