Weather: Sunny Morning with Cloud Developments Expected in the Afternoon

A warm, light breeze is circulating in the region. Clouds associated with remnants of a frontal system will influence local weather from this evening, according to the weather bulletin from the Vacoas station issued this Thursday, April 30.

The weather will be sunny throughout the day. However, cloud developments are expected in the northwest, north, and central plateau during the afternoon, accompanied by localized showers. These showers could be temporarily moderate.

The maximum temperature will range between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius in the elevated areas, and between 30 and 33 degrees Celsius along the coastal regions.

During the night, cloudy periods are anticipated with showers mainly over the southern half of the island and the central plateau. Pockets of fog are also expected.

The minimum temperature will fluctuate between 19 and 21 degrees Celsius on the central plateau and between 23 and 25 degrees Celsius on the coast.

The wind will blow from the southeast at about 15 km/h, gradually strengthening during the night.

The sea will be rough beyond the reefs, with waves reaching about 2 meters.
