[Slide] Port Mobilization: Seizure of Over 400 Kilos of Drugs at Sea
A significant operation took place at the port on Sunday, November 9, following the interception of the Greek oil tanker Alpha Bravery in international waters, where approximately 400 kilos of a substance suspected to be cocaine were found. The street value of the drugs is estimated to exceed Rs 4.5 billion. The seizure occurred during a joint mission led by the National Coast Guard (NCG) and the Anti-Drug and Smuggling Unit (ADSU), with support from several agencies.
