Noise Nuisance in Palmar: Tensions Rise Between Partygoers and Police, Arrests Begin

What began as a simple intervention for noise nuisance escalated into moments of tension between police and partygoers on Sunday, January 25, in Palmar. Arrests commenced on Monday, January 26. Among those detained is a member of the Anti-Drug and Smuggling Unit (ADSU) and the owner of a car wash in Camp-de-Masque.

At around 6:30 PM on Sunday, the police intervened at the public beach following complaints about noise disturbances.
