GCSK for Shakeel Mohamed: "A Great Blessing"

On the occasion of the 58th anniversary of independence and the 34th anniversary of the Republic of Mauritius, the government’s number 3, Shakeel Mohamed, has been honored with the title of Grand Commander of the Order of the Star and Key of the Indian Ocean (GCSK), the highest honor in the country. In a statement, Shakeel Mohamed expressed his gratitude for this recognition. He first thanked God for "this great blessing and guidance" that, in his view, have led him to this moment.
