Jean-Claude de l’Estrac Elevated to GCSK Rank

Jean-Claude de l’Estrac has been honored with the highest distinction, the Grand Commander of the Order of the Star and Key of the Indian Ocean (GCSK). He is among this year's recipients of national honors alongside Rajesh Bhagwan, Shakeel Mohamed, and Seychelles President Patrick Herminie. The list of honorees was announced on Thursday, March 12. Each year, these distinctions celebrate Mauritians who have excelled in politics, public service, sports, religion, the economy, or civil society.
