Increase in Bread Prices: Scheduled Bread Rises to Rs 3.90

The price of regular bread will see a significant increase in Mauritius. The Cabinet has approved a rise in the price of 'scheduled bread', which will go from Rs 2.60 to Rs 3.90 for 100 grams, marking an increase of Rs 1.30. This decision follows recommendations from an inter-ministerial committee established to assess the situation.
