Under close medical surveillance and heightened security, Malagasy businessman Mamy Ravatomanga appeared yesterday at the headquarters of the Financial Crimes Commission (FCC). Arriving by ambulance and escorted by three medical staff while wearing a bulletproof vest, he was accompanied by an impressive security detail: a special service unit van, motorcycle police, an FCC investigators' vehicle, and medical personnel in the ambulance.
