On the Way to Detention, Mamy Ravatomanga Admitted to Dr. A. G. Jeetoo Hospital

On his way to be placed in police custody following his appearance at the Port Louis court on Thursday, November 6, Mamy Ravatomanga was transported in a wheelchair to Dr. A. G. Jeetoo Hospital. The Malagasy businessman was admitted to the hospital's Coronary Care Unit.

Shortly before, the Port Louis court had ordered that Mamy Ravatomanga be placed in police detention instead of being returned to Premium Care Clinic in Phoenix, where he had been hospitalized under surveillance since October 18, including after his arrest on October 24, in connection with an alleged money laundering case.
