Former Malagasy Prime Minister Christian Ntsay Under Surveillance in Mauritius After Arriving by Private Jet

Former Malagasy Prime Minister Christian Ntsay arrived in Mauritius aboard a private jet last night and is currently staying in two hotels located in the north and west of the country, along with his family.

According to our sources, they are under surveillance while awaiting a decision from Mauritian authorities. Several meetings are scheduled for Monday regarding this matter.

For reference, a private jet registered as 5R-HMR, belonging to the SODIAT group, landed at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Airport in Plaisance last night. Onboard were Christian Ntsay, who was removed from his position a week ago, and Maminiaina Ravatomanga, known as "Mamy," an influential businessman and close advisor to President Andry Rajoelina.

Meanwhile, Foreign Minister Ritish Ramful met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Madagascar in Mauritius, Albert Camille Vital, on Monday morning. The discussions focused on the cordial bilateral relations between the two countries.
