Paul Bérenger Resigns from the MMM: A Collegiate Leadership Pending a Decision from the Authorities

The Mauritian Militant Movement (MMM) will operate under a collegiate leadership until a decision is made by the appropriate authorities. This was announced by the party president, Reza Uteem, during a press briefing following the Political Bureau meeting held earlier this evening.

The Minister of Labor reminded that this will not be the first time the MMM functions without its leader.

This statement comes after the resignations of Paul Bérenger, Joanna Bérenger, and Chetan Baboolall from the MMM this Monday.
